Weekend's Results - Wins All Round

A good weekend all round for Spitfires, with all teams that were in action recording wins.

The First Team take top billing this week, inflicting the first defeat of the season on South West Women's League Division 1 (East) leaders Cirencester Town in a thrilling 4-3 encounter.

Both Under 11 sides had crucial top of the table wins, the Oxford League side triumphing 1-0 at second placed Oxford City, and the Wiltshire League side saw off third placed Trowbridge Town also 1-0.

The Under 10s chalked up a 6-0 win over Carterton, and the Under 12s beat Banbury 8-0 to keep both clear at the top of their respective divisions. And the Under 14s 3-0 win at Didcot keeps them nicely in third place with games in hand on the leaders.
