Spits Reach Semi's At Launton Tournament

25/07/10

Spits put in a good showing at the Launton Ladies 5-a-side with both teams reaching the knock-out stages, where they faced each other in the Quarter-Final. Spits 'B' then went out to the hosts 1-0 in the Semi-Final.

Spits player Tamara Papp was named as the 'Player of the Tournament'.

The tournament was won by Havant & Waterlooville who were 3rd in the South West Combination last season.
